Liturgy Through your Senses: Special Needs Day Camp
A few weeks ago I had the honor of being asked to shoot a Special Needs Day Camp that my cousin Toni had been putting together. She is very involved in the Greek church community and wanted to put together a day camp that let children with special needs experience the church service through their senses. They were able to touch different items used during services, smell the incense, taste the communion, etc. They had arts and crafts, a sing-a-long and they ended the day with a great hayride to the farm where they got to pet and feed the animals. It was a great experience and I really enjoyed spending the day with these kids and getting to know them. They are all so special and make me thankful every day for the gifts that God gives us.

Very nice photography. I worked with the special needs through our church many years ago. They are remarkable people! Keep up the good work.
